Technical Accounting Manager

What you'll do

• Evaluate and document accounting treatment for complex transactions
• research and apply GAAP, including revenue recognition, intercompany activity, consolidations, and contract analysis
• prepare technical accounting memos
• review monthly close outputs and resolve reporting discrepancies
• maintain accounting policies and standardized practices
• liaise with auditors
• support international filings with external advisors
• strengthen controls and documentation
• develop SOPs
• advise leadership and partner with finance and operations.
