What you'll do

• Supervise, direct, and motivate crews
• train new personnel on company policies, safety, and job responsibilities
• evaluate assigned personnel
• guide equipment use and work quality
• inspect equipment and request maintenance
• maintain work hours and payroll records
• keep daily diaries and reports
• ensure compliance with local laws, NCDOT, EPA, OSHA, MSHA, and other applicable requirements
• lead safety huddles and weekly toolbox meetings
• maintain relationships with the public, engineers, inspectors, and customers.

Why this role
