Community Engagement Specialist — Central and North Phoenix

Job overview

The Community Engagement Specialist role is onsite in Phoenix, AZ, serving Central, North, and West Phoenix and other designated Arizona communities. Pay is $18.75–$20.50 per hour. Child & Family Resources’ consumer education and engagement team works to increase awareness of child care services and support access to high-quality child care. The specialist connects consumers, providers, and community stakeholders with child care information and resources. The role plans outreach and events, builds partnerships, creates educational content, records engagement data in Salesforce, and reports feedback and outcomes to support program improvement.

What you'll do

• Provide unbiased information about child care services
• plan and coordinate community outreach
• build relationships with families, early educators, leaders, and organizations
• support culturally relevant community education
• attend and coordinate events, workshops, and meetings
• create and distribute content
• collect feedback and enter outreach data in Salesforce
• track and report activities and outcomes
