What you'll do

• Manage hiring in collaboration with HR and Safety, driver training, deliveries, transfer station and collection operations
• ensure scheduled drivers complete daily work
• supervise drivers and inspect vehicles
• manage facility operations and submit reports
• coordinate departments and staffing
• monitor equipment and route data
• conduct monthly safety meetings and review or investigate accidents
• ensure employee evaluations
• review fleet routing reports
• resolve customer service discrepancies
• manage staffing to minimize turnover.
