What you'll do

• Handle equipment repairs and coordinate vendor bids for approval
• complete warranty submissions
• conduct and track room preventive maintenance
• review pool chemical logs and service pool and spa areas
• participate in property walks and identify repairs
• monitor maintenance work orders and expenses
• maintain plumbing and electrical systems, fixtures, equipment, grounds, and public areas
• keep maintenance records
• assist with moving furniture and supplies
• respond to after-hours emergencies.
