What you'll do

• Plan and produce live events, including concerts, community gatherings, fundraising events, and special programs
• manage logistics, schedules, budgets, venues, and on-site operations
• book artists and talent, negotiate fees and contracts, and maintain relationships with performers and partners
• coordinate across departments and community organizations
• maintain event calendars and production documentation
• support staffing and volunteers, oversee setup and teardown, and evaluate outcomes.
