What you'll do

• Prepare entrees, sides, and desserts according to standardized recipes and diet orders
• maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen in line with food-safety requirements
• meet production deadlines and meal-service times
• collaborate with the nutrition team on special diets and menus
• serve patients, residents, and staff
• inventory and order food, supplies, and equipment to maintain stock and minimize waste.
