What you'll do

• Clean kitchen and dining areas
• wash, air-dry, sort, and restock dishes and utensils
• operate, assemble, disassemble, clean, and delime the dishwasher
• follow chemical-use, infection-control, food-handling, and safety procedures
• take trash to the dumpster
• maintain kitchen equipment
• report equipment safety issues
• assist with vendor deliveries and storage.
