The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)/Personal Care Aide (PCA) – Evening Shifts role is onsite in Fairfax, VA, with part-time hours Monday through Thursday, 5:00 PM–9:00 PM. Pay is $20–$23 per hour. Always Best Care of Fairfax provides personalized, client-centered care throughout Fairfax County. The caregiver supports a senior living independently at home by assisting with evening routines, daily activities, meals, companionship, and household tasks while respecting her autonomy. The role also helps maintain a safe, comfortable home and communicates observations to family and care management staff.

What you'll do

• Assist with evening routines and activities of daily living
• prepare light meals and snacks as needed
• provide companionship and conversation
• promote safety while respecting the client's independence and routines
• assist with light housekeeping
• offer transportation or errand assistance if needed and authorized
• monitor and report changes in condition
• maintain a clean, organized living environment.
