What you'll do

• Coordinate alumni engagement logistics at major events, meetings, reunions, and prize selection
• assist with newsletters, marketing materials, correspondence, and web content
• monitor online alumni communities
• maintain alumni records and reports in Microsoft Dynamics
• support engagement campaigns
• collaborate on CRM data quality and identify engaged alumni for the Individual Giving team.

Why this role

Hybrid schedule requires two in-office days weekly. Standard hours are Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5 p.m. Eastern, with core hours of 10 a.m.–3 p.m.; light travel and occasional evening or weekend work are required. Requires a bachelor’s degree and one to two years of related experience.
