Residential Maintenance Technician

Job overview

The Residential Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Lakeland, FL, maintaining apartment and loft-style units across a residential portfolio. Pay is $16–$23 per hour. The position supports tenant experience through apartment maintenance, repairs, and service orders. The technician completes make-ready and corrective maintenance, inspections, and emergency maintenance duties, helping keep residential units and building systems functional and ready for tenants.

What you'll do

• Complete make-ready work including painting, drywall, electrical troubleshooting and fixture installation, appliance service, plumbing and fixture repairs, minor flooring repairs, and re-keying locks
• perform HVAC maintenance and inspections
• complete resident work orders and document parts and work
• conduct annual system inspections
• participate in emergency on-call rotation
• and maintain tools and supplies.
