What you'll do

• Provide massage and body treatments according to spa protocols and accepted certification practices
• assess guest needs and recommend appropriate treatments and wellness solutions
• educate guests on wellness, self-care, and product use
• deliver services within allotted appointment times
• respond to guest questions and concerns
• promote spa services and home-care programs while meeting minimum retail sales goals
• prepare, clean, sanitize, and restock treatment rooms
• maintain equipment and follow safety standards
• communicate concerns to spa leadership
• support spa operations as requested.

Why this role

Active North Carolina Massage Therapy License is required. Weekend and holiday availability is required, with a flexible demand-based schedule typically spanning late morning through early evening; services may run until 7:00 PM Friday and Saturday and 6:00 PM Sunday through Thursday. Benefits are offered to eligible employees working more than 30 hours per week.
