What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support
• assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
• provide medication reminders
• assist with mobility and transportation
• supervise for safety
• follow individual care plans
• document daily care notes using a mobile app
• and communicate with the office team.
