Maintenance Technician

Job overview

The Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Davenport, IA. Compensation is $24–$26 per hour. Paramark provides property management, facility management, and commercial brokerage services. The technician maintains property operations under the guidance of the Property Manager and Regional Manager. The role completes routine repairs and service requests, documents work, inspects units and property grounds, coordinates preventive maintenance and vendors, and supports safe, clean property conditions.

What you'll do

• Diagnose and perform minor and routine maintenance
• complete service requests
• document work in the electronic work-order system
• inspect vacated units and prepare make-ready checklists
• inspect property exteriors and complete or oversee preventive maintenance and repairs
• order parts and maintain inventory
• obtain vendor bids and negotiate pricing
• perform after-hours emergency maintenance as needed
• follow safety standards and keep work areas clean.
