What you'll do

• Handle all aspects of client cases, including communicating with parties, drafting briefs and motions, and preparing for and attending hearings
• represent clients before EOIR, USCIS, BIA, and CBP
• manage immigration matters including removal defense, family petitions, consular processing, waivers, Special Immigrant Juvenile Status, VAWA, U and T visas, and employment or business visas
• consult with and retain new clients
• coordinate calendars and deadlines with staff
• communicate with the Managing Attorney and team.
