The Tactical Maintenance Planner — Aircraft role is onsite at Flexjet’s headquarters in Cleveland, OH. Compensation is not specified. The position supports Flexjet’s Maintenance organization and plans maintenance for Praetor 500 and 600, Challenger 350, and Gulfstream G450 and G650 aircraft. The planner develops maintenance schedules and work scopes that support regulatory and company requirements while maximizing aircraft availability and minimizing downtime. Coordinating inspections, materials, tooling, quality revisions, and performance reporting helps maintenance teams execute planned work effectively.

What you'll do

• Forecast scheduled maintenance requirements for the Annual Operating Plan
• plan maintenance activities within a 60-day window
• review inspection requirements and develop preventive maintenance work scopes
• schedule company-directed modifications, refurbishments, and other airframe and engine maintenance
• generate work orders
• identify material and tooling needs and oversee requisitions
• analyze and schedule applicable airworthiness directives and service bulletins
• coordinate inspection-program revisions with Quality Assurance
• produce metrics and operational impact reports
• conduct monthly planning performance meetings. Three years of aviation experience is required
• corporate aircraft experience and FAA Airframe and Powerplant licenses are preferred.
