What you'll do

• Call previous customers using assigned lists and approved scripts
• identify home improvement needs across windows, sunrooms, baths, and doors
• explain products and services, address objections, and secure qualified in-home appointments
• ask for referrals and record referral information
• conduct text and email outreach and follow up on campaign responses
• handle service and warranty calls and troubleshoot basic needs using company guidance
• make event invitation and RSVP calls
• record calls, outcomes, appointments, and follow-up notes in the CRM
• meet activity and appointment goals.
