The Deli/Grill Cook – Corporate Kitchen role is onsite in Phoenix, AZ. Compensation is $25 per hour, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 5:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thomas Cuisine is a contract food-service company focused on scratch-made food and genuine service. The cook prepares fresh menu items and serves guests while maintaining food quality, accuracy, sanitation, and safe kitchen operations. The role contributes to daily café service by coordinating with teammates and keeping food preparation and work areas organized.

What you'll do

• Prepare and cook grilled items, deli offerings, sandwiches, soups, salads, and other menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• safely operate and maintain kitchen equipment
• prepare and portion ingredients
• assemble orders accurately
• monitor food temperatures and follow food-safety and sanitation standards
• provide customer service
• maintain clean workstations and storage
• assist with stocking, inventory, and product rotation.
