What you'll do

• Liaise with agents, clients, attorneys, escrow companies, and mortgage brokers
• create transaction timelines and follow up on deadlines and contingencies
• maintain compliant transaction files
• review contracts and summarize terms and dates
• assist agents with purchase contracts as needed
• communicate transaction status and missing documents
• coordinate closing details
• prepare commission statements and verify commissions and prorations
• close out files and update MLS status.
