What you'll do

• Prepare and cook meals for varied dietary needs and preferences
• maintain a clean, organized kitchen and follow food safety and sanitation standards
• work with the dietary team on menu planning and food preparation
• understand food allergies and special diets
• coordinate meal service with other departments
• assist with inventory, ordering, and records of inventory, production, and waste.
