• Research and analyze environmental and water law matters
• prepare client memoranda, pleadings, and law-and-motion work
• assist with discovery and written discovery responses
• support litigation or adversarial proceedings before state administrative agencies
• advise and communicate with public and private clients
• manage matters with limited supervision and develop plans of action.
