Registered Nurse (RN)

The Registered Nurse (RN) role is onsite in Indianapolis, Indiana. Pay is $38–$46 per hour, with shift differentials described separately. Robin Run Village offers independent living, memory care, and skilled nursing on one campus. The RN coordinates and delivers resident care, contributes nursing judgment to assessments and care plans, administers medications and treatments including IV therapy, documents care, and collaborates with physicians and other professionals. The role also supports Charge Nurses and certified nursing assistants, advocates for residents, and responds to changing care needs.

What you'll do

• Coordinate care with physicians and healthcare professionals
• advocate for resident rights
• document care plans and observations
• participate in monthly and quarterly assessments and care plan meetings
• guide Charge Nurses and CNAs
• conduct resident rounds
• administer medications and treatments, including IV therapy
• communicate with residents, families, visitors, and the interdisciplinary team.
