Compensation is $13–$0 per hour. The Minibus Driver - THQ is an onsite role based in Augusta, GA. 45 USD per hour. This position supports the Family YMCA of Greater Augusta in its mission to strengthen the community through youth development and healthy living. The role exists to provide safe transportation for program participants to and from various sites. The driver is responsible for vehicle maintenance, safety checks, and fostering a positive, welcoming atmosphere for all passengers in accordance with YMCA policies.

What you'll do

• Drive minibus safely according to YMCA policies and state laws.
• Maintain minibus in orderly and clean fashion.
• Complete thorough checks before and after every trip.
• Record gas level, mileage, and maintenance on designated forms.
• Promote safety and keep first aid supplies stocked.
• Announce minibus rules prior to departure.
• Develop positive relationships among staff, volunteers, parents, and children.
