It manages project documentation, procurement coordination, quality processes, and subcontractor follow-through to support project financial and schedule outcomes.

What you'll do

• Execute the site-specific safety program
• review drawings and specifications
• manage potential-impact notices, RFIs, contract-document and submittal logs, and expediting logs
• review submittals and shop drawings
• implement quality assurance and quality control processes
• support closeout documentation
• assist with change orders, spatial coordination, site planning, estimates, bidding, contracts, scheduling, field execution, and subcontractor pay applications.
