What you'll do

• Lead the procurement function and ensure efficient, cost-effective, compliant purchasing
• develop and execute sourcing strategies for software, SaaS, technology, professional services, and indirect spend
• partner with Legal, Finance, IT, Security, and business stakeholders on commercial terms and risk
• manage procurement from vendor selection through contract execution and renewal
• evaluate supplier performance and relationships
• identify savings, process improvements, and automation opportunities
• develop policies and best practices
• analyze spend and report metrics and recommendations
• ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and regulations
• lead cross-functional initiatives and guide team members
• support budgeting, forecasting, and vendor management.
