What you'll do

• Conduct or participate in quarterly quality improvement meetings
• review data, identify trends, and oversee improvement plans
• collaborate with the Branch Director on quality activities and corrective action plans
• oversee responses to surveys and audits
• complete documentation and chart reviews
• hold case conferences to coordinate care and ensure standards are met
• develop performance improvement plans
• communicate expectations, monitor performance, coach and counsel staff, and ensure timely evaluations.
