What you'll do
- Repair and maintain the facility’s physical structure, equipment, and grounds
- keep sidewalks and drives clear and in good repair
- maintain building components, electrical systems, plumbing, appliances, and facility equipment
- organize fire drills and ensure fire safety equipment is inspected
- support compliance with safety, infection-control, hazardous-material, fire-safety, and building codes
- assist staff with moving residents or furniture when needed.
