Landscaping Operator I

The Landscaping Operator I role is onsite in Saint Charles, MO, with pay of $22–$24 per hour based on experience. Propper Landscaping Services maintains commercial and residential properties and also provides snow and ice management services. The operator works independently and with a team to maintain properties using landscaping equipment safely and efficiently. Seasonal snow and ice duties help keep properties safe and accessible, while quality work and dependable service support the company’s customers.

What you'll do

• Operate stand-behind and zero-turn mowers
• trim, edge, blow, and clean properties
• drive company vehicles between job sites
• tow and back trailers
• complete assigned routes
• inspect and perform basic maintenance on equipment
• maintain workmanship and production standards
• represent the company professionally
• during winter, operate trucks, skid steers, and UTVs with plows, complete snow routes, assist with deicing, report hazardous conditions, respond during winter weather events as needed, and help keep properties accessible.

Why this role
