Mill Operator

What you'll do

• Read job travelers and determine material instructions
• monitor and adjust milling-machine controls
• tend machines and feed material through rollers
• add components as needed to reach consistency
• measure material with rulers, gauges, and calipers
• deliver samples to the lab when needed
• place finished material on racks or in cold storage
• obtain a forklift operator permit.
