Therapy Coordinator — Advanced Lympha Press, Field-Based

The Therapy Coordinator role is part time and field-based, providing in-home patient care and education in the Mercedes, TX area and assigned territory. Pay is per completed visit: $135 for visits 1–9, $160 for visits 10–18, and $185 for visit 19 onward; Medical Advantage Plan visits receive an additional $50 per completed visit, and mileage is reimbursed at $0.25 per mile. Lympha Press aims to improve quality of life for people with lymphedema, venous disease, and lipedema through pneumatic compression therapy systems. The coordinator delivers and demonstrates devices, helps patients use compression therapy correctly, and communicates with internal teams to support patient access and satisfaction. Extensive travel within the assigned territory is required for patient visits.

What you'll do

• Complete Medicare Advantage trials and explain advanced model pumps and out-of-pocket differences
• schedule and conduct demonstrations
• take patient measurements and ensure proper device fit
• educate patients and caregivers on compression devices, garment application, prescribed protocols, and therapy sessions
• explain rental agreements and financial responsibility
• respond to patient questions
• confirm appointments and prepare equipment
• coordinate order completion and documentation
• escalate patient concerns
• use translation resources when applicable
• comply with applicable regulations and HIPAA requirements
• travel extensively within the assigned territory.
