What you'll do

• Configure, image, and deploy 60–80 desktop and laptop systems
• set up workstations, install software, and perform basic system configuration
• transfer user data from legacy devices
• install and support Microsoft Office, Citrix, printers, and related peripherals
• troubleshoot Tier 1 hardware, peripheral, and connectivity issues
• maintain organized installations and cable management
• document and manage requests in ServiceNow
• and provide basic end-user guidance during rollouts.
