The Shift Leader role is onsite in Cibolo, TX. The stated pay range is $17–$20 per hour, depending on experience and certification level. The role supports restaurant operations and guest service at P. Terry’s Burger Stand. The Shift Leader helps run the stand when the General Manager is not present, coordinating setup, inventory, cash handling, cleaning, and team support. The role contributes to safe, orderly operations and a positive guest experience across front- and back-of-house work.

What you'll do

• Set up the stand by stocking stations, ordering, conducting inventory, handling cash, and completing food-safety walks. Count inventory and drawers, make deposits, clean and close positions, secure the stand, support team members, maintain restaurant cleanliness, and provide customer service. Shift lengths may be 6–8 hours
• day and/or night shifts depend on business needs.
