Body Shop Customer Service Coordinator

What you'll do

• Answer phones
• update customers by phone and electronically using CCC Update Plus
• open repair orders in CDK
• coordinate with the Production Manager and parts department to close repair orders
• maintain complete work files with warranties, procedures, and authorizations
• schedule customers with the estimator and confirm requested additional repairs
• coordinate sublet work with vendors. Keep CCC repair plans updated as needed and maintain a clean work area. May take photos and assist with customer or vehicle check-in.
