The therapist designs and delivers individual or group interventions, conducts speech and language evaluations, tracks progress toward IFSP/IEP goals, and collaborates with families, schools, supervisors, and evaluation teams. The role also includes maintaining schedules, attendance and billing records, and participating in relevant meetings.

What you'll do

• Design and implement individual or group therapeutic interventions
• administer and write speech and language evaluations
• communicate with supervisors and coordinators about case management
• maintain professional relationships with families and school teams
• keep attendance and billing logs
• schedule with families and school personnel
• collect data on IFSP/IEP goals and report quarterly progress
• participate in CPSE/CSE meetings or annual reviews
• conduct evaluations in clinic, home, or preschool settings
• write detailed reports and develop functional goals.
