Caregiver / Medication Manager

The Caregiver / Medication Manager role is an onsite position in Pella, IA. Compensation is not specified. The role supports residents living in the Independence Village community. What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, grooming, toileting, transfers, ambulation, positioning, and other daily activities
• follow medication-administration protocols
• take and report vital signs as requested
• report unusual signs or changes in condition
• support activities, meals, appointments, and admissions or discharges
• follow infection-control procedures and report incidents.
