The Senior Acquisition Specialist role is onsite in Ashburn, VA, with compensation of $120,000–$135,000 per year. CyberMedia Technologies provides modernization, digital transformation, and application development services to the U.S. Federal Government. This position supports CBP BEMSD stakeholders. The specialist provides senior-level acquisition and contracting support across the program lifecycle. By advising on acquisition strategy, documentation, procurement actions, and contract performance, the role helps government stakeholders plan, execute, administer, and improve acquisition activities.

What you'll do

• Provide acquisition and contracting expertise to CBP program and acquisition stakeholders
• support acquisition planning, market research, strategies, solicitations, source selections, awards, modifications, and closeout
• develop, review, and maintain acquisition documents
• advise on FAR, DHS policies, and lifecycle requirements
• support cost and price analysis, funding documentation, negotiations, and contractor performance monitoring
• track milestones, risks, actions, dependencies, and deliverables
• coordinate with contracting officers, specialists, CORs, program managers, finance personnel, and technical teams
• mentor junior acquisition personnel and review work products
• identify process and documentation improvements.
