Project Manager – New Product Launch

Compensation is $5 per week. The Project Manager – New Product Launch role is an onsite, full-time position in Grand Rapids, MI. Pridgeon & Clay manufactures and supplies automotive stamped and fine-blanked components. The project manager coordinates new-product launches to meet customer requirements and company policies. The role tracks budgets, timelines, quality and production milestones, and customer communications so launch teams can complete programs on time and address risks.

What you'll do

• Manage new-product launch projects
• track customer billing, tooling expenses, cost of goods sold and capital expenditures
• coordinate supplier tooling and payments
• issue launch and engineering-change notices
• track tooling and production capability runoffs and PPAP submissions
• drive APQP tasks, milestones and action items
• maintain project documentation and status trackers
• organize team and customer meetings
• communicate launch goals, timelines and risks
• coordinate early-part production and shipping.
