What you'll do

• Oversee multiple janitorial accounts, conduct site visits and audits, maintain service standards and contractual obligations, and develop improvement plans. Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate managers and frontline staff
• manage client relationships, labor budgets, staffing, overtime, payroll accuracy, expenses, and account profitability
• ensure safety and regulatory compliance
• and coordinate staffing for new business, seasonal needs, and emergency coverage.
