What you'll do

• Lead and develop quality control and sanitation staff
• manage schedules and QA coverage
• develop and improve FSQA programs and SOPs
• oversee microbiological testing and environmental monitoring
• maintain CCP and quality records
• conduct internal audits and coordinate corrective actions
• maintain BRCGS certification
• coordinate mock recalls and product recalls
• analyze quality and food safety metrics
• train staff
• oversee sanitation standards and customer complaint follow-up
• maintain QA inventory and documentation.
