What you'll do

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and clients
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of common areas, entrances, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter
• monitor access points and report suspicious behavior, maintenance concerns, and policy violations
• respond to incidents according to site procedures
• complete daily activity, incident, and patrol reports
• communicate with property management and Allied Universal leadership.
