Collections Specialist

The Collections Specialist role is onsite in Everett, WA, with a consistent Monday–Friday schedule. What you'll do

• Manage calls with consumers about outstanding account balances
• understand financial circumstances and negotiate viable repayment plans
• navigate account-management systems
• document communications and account activity across digital channels
