What you'll do

• Participate in intake and evaluation
• develop treatment plans
• conduct pre- and post-assessments
• address behavioral health referrals
• provide individual and family therapy
• interview clients about behavioral health history
• educate patients and families about mental illness, treatment, and resources
• facilitate multidisciplinary care reviews
• document counseling services
• and provide crisis services as needed.
