What you'll do

• communicate operational, quality, safety, and cost issues to management
• follow GMPs and report conditions affecting food safety or quality
• resolve operating problems
• coordinate maintenance, sanitation, and other support
• manage ingredient and packaging usage and department costs
• encourage improvement suggestions
• participate on the plant safety team
• maintain regulatory compliance, records, and communication
• develop team skills and accountability.
