Director of Business Development — Commercial Construction

What you'll do

• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and develop outside sales representatives
• generate commercial construction and renovation opportunities
• maintain a book of business through consultative B2B sales
• coach representatives through ride-alongs and reviews
• set goals and monitor KPIs, forecasts, and pipeline
• lead weekly sales meetings and training
• support major opportunities, presentations, proposals, and negotiations
• collaborate with estimating, operations, and project management
• provide market intelligence and growth recommendations
• travel throughout Florida.
