What you'll do

• Develop project schedules, milestones, and resource plans
• coordinate engineering, production, logistics, and quality teams
• lead projects from concept and facility setup through equipment installation, pilot runs, and mass production
• support factory setup and production-line ramp-up
• coordinate layout, utilities, and production readiness
• manage risks and mitigation plans
• prepare status reports and maintain project documentation
• improve project workflows and standardize project management practices.
