What you'll do

• verify ingredient records and sequence
• check doughs, batters, and finished mixes for quality
• complete production documentation
• report equipment issues
• follow GMP, food safety, and sanitation procedures
• assist with setup, changeovers, and cleaning
• maintain a safe work area
• coordinate with production and packaging teams.
