What you'll do
- Provide individual psychotherapy to older adults addressing concerns such as depression, anxiety, grief, isolation, changes in independence, memory loss, adjustment to assisted living, chronic illness, and relationship transitions
- maintain approximately 25 completed clinical sessions per week
- manage the clinical calendar
- complete clinical documentation, treatment plans, and discharge documentation
- coordinate care when clinically appropriate
- participate in consultation, team meetings, quarterly community events, and facility programming.
