What you'll do

• Assist the Retail Store Manager with employee oversight and daily store operations
• assign duties and schedule shifts and breaks
• train and supervise staff
• order and inspect merchandise, supplies, and equipment
• track deliveries and report discrepancies
• prepare sales and inventory reports
• ensure accurate sales and cash handling
• handle customer complaints and returns
• support complex sales and customer service
• manage daily operations to meet sales goals
• support donation and production operations as needed
• maintain a safe work environment.
