What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• prepare meals and perform light housekeeping
• provide medication reminders
• assist with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation
• provide transportation to appointments and errands as needed
• offer companionship and emotional support
• encourage independence and daily engagement
• follow care plans and communicate concerns to office staff
• help maintain a safe, comfortable home environment.
