Established, regional, multidisciplinary IBD program. Dedicated clinical support team of IBD-focused nurse navigator, pharmacist, and Nurse Practitioner collaborator. Strong collaborative support from colorectal surgery, GI pathology, and GI radiology. Highly collegial, 7 -physician, GI group comprised of general GIs, hepatologists, GI subspecialists, and advanced endoscopists.
